Before you order
Who sells the product?
An independent shop listed on the product. Volt_Tronic runs the marketplace, the delivery charge and the optional AMC. The shop is responsible for the goods. The full AMC is on the AMC page.
How is delivery priced?
The server measures the distance to that shop, up to about 12 km. A normal order is ₹15 plus ₹3 per kilometre, free when that shop’s items are ₹999 or more, and it stops at ₹99. A bulky item is ₹350 plus ₹15 per kilometre. The fee is shown before you pay.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, within the limit the server allows: ₹2,000 until one order has been delivered, then ₹5,000, and only one cash order can be open. A larger order is paid online before the shop dispatches it.
When can I review a product?
Only after that order is delivered to you. The page does not show sample reviews.
What is on the bill?
After delivery there are two downloadable pages. Volt_Tronic’s page lists the delivery charge, the AMC, and the GST inside each. The seller’s page lists the goods and the GST on those goods.
What does the AMC cover?
The optional plan, the price, the GST, the year of cover, the service centre, and every exclusion are on the AMC page. Checkout shows the same tax lines before you pay.
