What the shopper should know

Photos and videos

Every product, in every category, can have up to 8 photos and videos together. Photos: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 4 MB each. Videos: MP4 or WebM, up to 12 MB each.

This is what the shop has earned, what is still waiting, and what has to happen before a credit reaches the bank account on file.

What has to happen

A prepaid order is added here after the payment is captured.
A cash order is added after it is delivered. That cash is collected at the door.
The net is the order amount minus the Volt_Tronic charge, GST on that charge, TCS and TDS. The charge is zero until Volt_Tronic sets one.
Waiting means Volt_Tronic has not credited the bank account yet. Credited means that credit is done. The reference is the bank UTR.

Payment partner

A request for payment, and the payment itself, is managed by an authorized payment gateway partner. The shopper pays on that partner’s secure page. This desk does not ask for a card number, UPI PIN or bank OTP, and Volt_Tronic does not store them.

What you see here is the payment status and your net. A credit to the bank account on file follows that status. Cash collected at the door is not taken by the payment partner.
